Who we are
Super Seven Real Estate Broker ("we", "us") is a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai (RERA ORN 00000, trade licence 000000). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@super7realestate.ae.
What we collect
- What you give us. Name, email, phone number, the property you asked about, your budget and preferences, and anything you write in a message or form.
- What your browser tells us. Pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location (country or city), collected through standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics.
- What stays on your device. Saved properties, your chosen currency and whether you have dismissed a notice. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and prepare shortlists, valuations and offers.
- To meet legal duties, including identity checks and record keeping required of UAE real estate brokers.
- To send you property updates or market notes only if you asked for them. You can stop at any time.
- To keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with developers, landlords, owners, banks and mortgage brokers you ask us to deal with; with the Dubai Land Department and other authorities when the law requires it; and with service providers that host the site, store enquiries or send email, under written terms. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Some of our providers process data outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data abroad we do so in line with UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are helping you and then for as long as the law requires us to keep brokerage records. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to move it to another provider, or to withdraw consent. Email hello@super7realestate.ae and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
We use encryption in transit, limited staff access and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords by email or chat.
Children
This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you on the site.
